May 26, 2025, Asava Metal (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a distributor and leader in creating metal construction and decoration solutions, led by Mr. Pracha Asavaniwet, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Mr. Saran Asavaniwet, Managing Director, Mr. Panachai Asavaniwet, Deputy Managing Director, and Aeroflex Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of roof insulation for houses, buildings, and residences under the brand Aero-roof, led by Dr. Chaliao Witoorapakorn, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Polymer Group Co., Ltd. (Public Company Limited), Mr. Peerapat Witoorapakorn, Assistant Manager, and Mr. Srikasem Chaipitinanon, Sales and Marketing Director of Aeroflex Co., Ltd.
Signed a memorandum of understanding for a project to develop marketing of metal sheet products with heat insulation by using innovations and technologies from both companies to upgrade insulation for metal sheet roofs under the concept of “ONE+ Solution, complete for cool roofs”, creating a new product, EPDM cool rubber, brand name MAHLEK, manufactured by AERO-ROOF, which is heat insulation under the roof, rolled onto a prefabricated metal sheet roof, easy to install, cool, comfortable, safe for health, and is also an environmentally friendly material.
The event showcases the ONE+ Solution innovation, a product brand of the MAHLEK brand that uses EPDM cold rubber and is constructed with metal, an adhesive product for heat insulation from MPP, and a product of nuts and screws for roofs from Metal Well. It can be said that it is a complete solution for roofing work.
