-Procurement of office supplies such as stationery, drinking water, housekeeping supplies and general office equipment.
-Contact, coordinate and negotiate prices with sellers/distributors to obtain appropriate prices and good quality.
-Compare prices and product features to help you make a decision about purchasing.
- Prepare purchase order documents and track delivery status.
-Check and receive products according to the purchase order and specified quality.
- Prepare monthly purchasing summary reports and maintain the supplier database system.
-Coordinate with accounting department for billing and payment.
-Improve/develop the purchasing process to be more efficient.
1. Educational qualification: Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or other related fields.
2. Have at least 1 year experience in purchasing work.
3. Have communication, negotiation and time management skills.
4. Able to use basic computers such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems (will be given special consideration)
5. Be meticulous, honest and highly responsible.
