Job details
1. Plan, control and manage the production process to achieve the goals.
2. Supervise and manage production in the factory area to be efficient and in accordance with standards.
3. Control product quality to meet specifications.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure maximum production efficiency.
5. USE SAP SYSTEM TO MANAGE PRODUCTION, INVENTORY AND COST DATA.
6. Set work standards and check processes to ensure they are consistent with the quality system.
Applicant Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or other related fields.
2. At least 3 years of production management experience.
3. HAVE GOOD SAP SKILLS.
4. Have high leadership skills and can manage a team.
5. Have an understanding of quality systems such as ISO, 5S, Lean, etc.
